ZAMBIA RED CROSS SOCIETY HQ HOSTS STAKEHOLDER WORKSHOP ON REDSAFE APPLICATION

This morning 24/07/25, Zambia Red Cross Society (ZRCS), in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), convened a stakeholder workshop to discuss strategies for introducing the RedSafe application among displaced communities in Zambia.

The workshop brought together key partners, including the Commissioner for Refugees, UNHCR, Caritas, the Zambia Agency for Persons with Disabilities (ZAPD), the Ministry of Education, Disaster Management & Mitigation Unit (DMMU), Zambia Police Service, and others. The gathering focused on sharing insights and coordinating efforts for effective information dissemination.

“ZRCS is committed to using innovative tools like RedSafe to enhance humanitarian support,” said Dr. Jack Bbabbi, Director of Programmes, ZRCS.
